Our policy is very simple and states that if you are not completely satisfied, simply return your furniture to us within 30 days after delivery and we will refund the purchase price (minus the cost of shipping furniture to you). We will even pay to have it shipped back to us! It's like experiencing the showroom in the comfort of your own home for 30 days! Also, our frames and spring system are guaranteed for life. If, for any reason, the frame or spring system fail under normal conditions; we will repair or replace them at no charge.
