At Furniture Home Store, we take great pride in the superior level of craftsmanship in our products and our dedication to excellent customer service- before, during and after the sale. We carefully inspect your furniture purchase before it leaves our factory and we encourage you to do the same upon arrival to ensure that no damage has occurred during shipping. In the rare event that any damage has occurred in transfer or if you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase; please contact us at info@furniturehomestore.com or call us toll-free at 1-866-HM-STORE and we will absolutely make it right! With our warranty, you can return any unsatisfactory furniture to us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price* (minus the cost of shipping the furniture to you) and we will even pay to have it shipped back to us. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer defects for up to one year. At Furniture Home Store, customer satisfaction is paramount!
*Once we receive your piece(s) at the factory and determine they are in good condition, we will gladly refund your purchase price. We do not guarantee and resume responsibility for wear and color-fastness of covering materials. On exchanges and custom orders, customer will be charged a restocking fee (30% of purchase price) for exchanges or returns after delivery, due to non-manufacturing related issues. Customer will also be responsible for return freight and re-delivery charges. Accessories have a warranty against manufacturing defects. All claims for accessory manufacturing defects must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods.
