Since you're buying direct from our North Carolina store, we simply do not have the inflated overhead expenses that a traditional furniture retailer has to deal with. Therefore, we can pass the savings on to you!
Payment
We require a 50% deposit on upholstered headboards and any upholstered or leather furniture order. We have a 50% prepaid policy to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders. This deposit will be fully refunded should you cancel your order before your furniture is fully completed. Accessories, Bedroom Suites, Table Collections and Overstock are charged full amount at time of order. On custom orders manufactured, the process averages 4-6 weeks depending upon the style you choose. Accessories, Bedroom Suites and Tables usually ship within 7-10 business days dependant upon availability of inventory.
